The wonderful Harry Potter film series was spread out over a period of 10 years, with the first film appearing in theaters in 2001 and the last one in 2011.

There were an enormous number of characters and actors in the films, and many of them will be forever recognized for the parts they played in the films.

Unfortunately, the 10-year interval was long enough for several cast members to die, and this allowed new actors to step into their roles.

Unfortunately, Mr. Coltrane has been dealing with a number of health-related challenges over the last several years, and as a result, he has not been very visible to the public.
